  • BREATHE Cambridge 30 John F. Kennedy Street Cambridge, MA, 02138 United States (map)

Join us on Sunday, October 12 as we honor and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with 2 special classes, led by BREATHE’s own Nina Benites. Both classes will help raise money for Mujeres Unidas Avanzando, a Dorchester-based non-profit whose mission is to empower Latinos and immigrants by providing educational, social, and childcare services.

Learn more about MUA here, donate here, and volunteer here.

Both classes will be infused with Latin sounds via playlists, as well as live instrumentation from Jason. Sign up in advance at breathecambridge.com/class-schedule

5:30-6:30pm: BREATHE + ALIGN WARM VINYASA FLOW w/ Nina
A mindful vinyasa flow class designed to move at a slower, more intentional pace than Power Vinyasa.

7-8pm: BREATHE Restore + Sound Healing w/ Nina & Jason

Sound Healing incorporates the therapeutic power of sound and meditation to facilitate deep relaxation and promote overall well-being. The session begins with a guided Mindfulness Meditation that is designed to induce a state of heightened awareness and inner calm. This sets the stage for the next phase of the session, which involves an immersive sound bath along with gentle Yin Yoga that creates a tranquil and soothing environment for the body and mind to unwind and rejuvenate.
