Power Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and energetic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a flowing sequence of poses. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and stamina through a series of fast-paced, invigorating sequences that often include every major muscle group. The practice typically involves continuous movement with transitions that build heat and intensity, making it a vigorous workout for both body and mind.


ABOUT TIM

Tim discovered yoga in 2018 as a way to find balance and relieve stress while serving as a submarine warfare officer in the U.S. Navy. What started as a grounding practice in a high-pressure environment quickly grew into a passion for movement, mindfulness, and community.

After years of practice, Tim traveled to Uvita, Costa Rica in 2024 to complete his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, where he deepened both his understanding of yoga philosophy and his love for creative vinyasa flows. He is now studying at Harvard Law School, while continuing to share yoga as a tool for strength, resilience, and connection.

When he’s not on the mat or in the classroom, Tim enjoys weightlifting, golfing, skiing, and watching football.
