Pups & Pilates

The only thing better than a really good workout is one that ends in puppy snuggles!

Luckily, Breathe Cambridge has teamed up with Last Hope K9 to make that dream a reality.
Join us on July 27th for a 60 minute Hot Pilates class to benefit Last Hope K9, and meet some adoptable Last Hope dogs in the studio after class!

Last Hope K9 Rescue is a 100% volunteer-run, all-breed rescue which, in the seven years since its founding, has saved the lives of more than 7,600 dogs.

What to do now: Sign up for class for free on MindBody to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability - first come, first served!

What to do at the studio: Make a 25$ suggested donation to Last Hope when you arrive at the studio & get ready to sweat!

Breathe Cambridge will provide mats & towels, Last Hope K9 will provide adoptable furry friends.

Restorative Yoga + Massage Workshop

Join yoga teacher Emily Masnoon and our in house massage therapist Heidi Huffman for a night of total bliss! Emily will guide you into deep relaxation using restorative yoga, pranayama, and reiki while Heidi uses therapeutic yoga massage to help you release further and sink to a whole other level within your experience. Together, this powerful duo will help your body, mind, and soul find peace and tranquility.

Class will be held in a warm room (85 degrees) to assist in keeping muscles warm for a deeper relaxation. Mats, blocks and straps will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own mats, blankets, bolsters or other relaxation props.

Best Buddies Challenge Fundraiser

BEST BUDDIES CHALLENGE: A bike, run or walk event supporting Best Buddies programs with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Best Buddies International is the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of people with IDD Their programs empower the special abilities of people with IDD by helping them form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure successful jobs, live independently, improve public speaking, self-advocacy and communication skills, and feel valued by society. 

Support Nicole DeAntonis and The James Gang Team in her pledge to raise $1,450 for the Best Buddies Challenge. She and James Gang will be riding 50 miles from Carver, MA to Hyannis Port. She is riding in memory of her aunt Diane who would have loved and benefited from this organization. SUGGESTED DONATION OF $18-$20 at the door.  

ABOUT THE CLASS: Hot Hatha Sculpt is a music-driven fusion of Vinyasa yoga with strength moves and resistance training designed to make yogis stronger and athletes more flexible. This 60-75 minute class is practiced in a warm room and designed for new students who are hesitant to try a Classic Hot yoga class, and also for yogis who are hesitant to weight train. HHS uses light weights and body resistance and will leave your muscles fired up and ready for more. This class is suitable for all levels.
